I started writing diary from class three (3). It happened when our class teacher (late sir Bhagi) caught us eating in the class. Class was going on when we were deeply enjoying. He took our beaten maize and homemade sweets and then distributed to the whole class. We were pinching each other silently. Our enjoyment continued until we were left by one of our friend (simplest girl of the class).
The incident made everyone of us to realize
the value of life. From there on, I thought to be a Doctor where I can save
life of thousand people and serve them with full dedication. Though I was a
little girl, I noted the day, date, month and a year that took place. The
enjoyment that we had together just became a memories and a history. My first
writing in my first diary-(8th June 2002 friend past be doctor luk puple enjoy my
herd), this is what I wrote in my small diary with broken English. Actually I
was trying to write, “My friend passed away, and I wanted to be
a Doctor so that I can serve the people with full dedication. The enjoyment
that we had will always remain in my heart”.
Slowly I adopted a habit of writing
diaries. Whenever I get free time I just jot down the points that I have thought
so that I can recall all the points. When I was in class eleven I participated
in diary writing competition and won the prize. I was overjoyed and that too gave
me courage to maintain dairy. I continued to maintained diaries, even when I
went to Sengdhyen Lower Secondary School but never shared with my friends.
After reaching College, my diaries
turned into blog where I openly share my writing with friends. Only friend that
wipe away my tears is my little friend “Diary”. Diary becomes our best friend
who can understand us in each trouble.
Blog replaced diaries where I freely write
my thoughts, day’s events, observations and share with friends. Diaries become
our personal which makes us feel uneasy to share with friends whereas blog can be
shared in Face book, twitter, Google+... Blog just made our life more comfortable.
We don’t have to carry diary wherever we go, just we need is net available
where we can upload documents (easier way of maintaining our documents). Hardly
few of us put pen on papers because facilities has just improved (blog).
I realized maintaining dairies or else blog
improves our writing skills, keeps tracks of every moments of our life and also
we can write all that we have encountered. A diary that I have written and
maintained makes me feel better because I never feel lonely. My blog is always
with me in each moment to understand me and I write whatever happens in my life.
Blog is a place where I can pour my feelings without being judged by anyone.
Writing also makes us to live in past.
Writing never makes me tired until I get
tired of myself. Sometimes it gives me pain when I flip pages back. I write
even when I am crying because that wipes away my tears.
