Farewell My Beloved Postbox

Environment changes as development take place. During the olden days, it was very difficult for the people to send letters from one place to another. There were no proper post offices in the remote places. In order to send letters to the family, relatives or friends, people had to go to the post office by walking.
I can still remember the troubles that the people of Dorokha Dungkhag had in the olden days. In order to post our letters, we had to walk one whole day to reach the post office from our village. It was a difficult time for the people in the villages. During tragedies it was hard to inform the faraway family members and the relatives as it took a day to reach the post office. Hence getting help was a difficult process.
As a student, I enjoyed sending letters to my friends, family and the relatives. Making pal-friends was the most entertaining thing in the olden days. We used to send letters to unknown people and make them our friends. It was fun to write letters and articles. Through these practices, our language, writing, grammar and spellings used to develop.
Unlike olden days, now it has become very easy to connect with people, with the development of social media (mobile phone, telephone, wireless, etc). We don’t have to go from one place to another to send our letters.
During olden days we had worries and wait for days just to get our responds and sometimes even it used to take months for our letters to get delivered. As of now, if we sent message through our mobile phone then there comes a delivery report that makes us feel relief, it also saves our time and is economically cheap. The most interesting thing is that we can meet different people through social media and can expose ourselves to the world.
We used to know the value of relationships during olden days because we didn’t get to meet our family, relatives and the friends for years but now we can call our families whenever we want. Social media connects people every minute but the bond between families and friends are weakening simultaneously. Relation this days has become like the network, if there is signal, it’s strong and if the signal is gone then the bond becomes weak. Therefore olden days are always golden.

Mixed Prayer-Prayer for Love,Peace and Happiness....

Prayer is a way of living. No one wants to suffer. Everyone wants happiness in their life. Prayer is the lifeline that connects with god and hope to receive miraculous blessings for our survival. Just being in front of gods and chanting one holy word is also known as prayer because one word means a lot.  Sometimes we fail to pray, mostly probably when we are busy and it only means that we have failed to understand the significance of prayer.
Often the wishes are fulfilled and even if it is not then we should just wait for the right time to come because gods will always have some secret plan for us.  The most interesting thing is that, we worship gods when we are in troubles and when we are sad. Sometimes we even blame gods without any reason. Prayer is a journey in our lives.
Prayers don’t have to be shown. It is something that we wish from our inner heart.  Prayer shows us the reality of our life which is very bitter.
Recently there has been a disturbing environment. Many people injured, many left the world the world while many people became homeless and children being orphan. I thought of writing on such issues but I was unable and was waiting for the things to be settled. Almost things were settled when the earthquake just warned us.
Each individual is unsatisfied with what they have. The more they have the more they want.
I too sit in front of alter and worship gods. Sometimes I feel as if I am flying high crossing the beautiful scene of the world.  Few days back, there were many people rushing toward lhakhangs just to pray for their safety, peace and happiness. We pray for minutes but the happiness that we get can just change our life in a positive way.
One should not give up prayer and meditation. It is a journey through which we walk. Prayers serve a therapeutic value in our daily lives and bring relief from tensions and worries that crowd our life.
The fluffy clouds that watches us has something say us if we notice them carefully. Being benevolence for others is a way how we human beings treat each others.
Let’s together pray for the peace and chant a holy word that brings love, peace and happiness in our daily lives. The collective holy words can change the world.
PRAYER CAN CHANGE ONES LIFE AND LEAD US IN A RIGHT PATH....
ONE WORDS,ONE PIECE OF PAPER AND ONE PEN/PENCIL CAN CHANGE WHOLE WORLD.
